阀芯阀套结构特征

阀芯、阀套都用440c不锈钢制成，经精密加工，达到高精度配合公差，间隙仅1μm。由于是配对研磨抛光组件，故它们没有互换性，必须成套供应。当气流经阀套上小孔进入，在阀芯、阀套间微小间隙中形成一空气薄膜，阀芯在阀套中自动对中。当阀芯在这种空气轴承上运动时，像悬浮在空气分子场中一样，*没有金属间的接触。这种空气悬浮结构带来了如下好处：

（1）芯套间的精密配合形成密封。*摒弃了蕴含许多故障因素的“○"形圈动态密封。
（2）这是一种理论上无磨损的长寿命结构。
（3）空气轴承允许阀工作在经一定过滤得*无润滑场合。与其它号称无油润滑元件相比（实际上装配时已涂上一层不易挥发的润滑脂），这是一种真正意义上的无油润滑。
（4）移动阀芯启动力极小且操作力恒定，这是制造高质量直动阀的要条件。它可不依赖先导压力使直动阀工作在真空到21bar（甚35bar）场合。
（5）芯套相同材质，热膨胀系数*一样，在高温下也能确保空气轴承的存在。
