Operate so that the workpiece gripping point
distance “L" and the amount of overhang “H" stay
within the range shown for each operating
pressure given in the graphs above.
If operated with the workpiece gripping point
outside of the range limit, an excessive eccentric
load will be applied to the fingers and guide
section, causing play in the fingers and adversely
affecting the gripper's life.
